What Is the Alabama Security Regulatory Board?
Independent Alabama security training guide — not a government website.
The Alabama Security Regulatory Board is the state body responsible for Alabama private-security licensing and regulation under the laws and rules that apply to its jurisdiction.
What the Board handles
- Official licensing requirements and application forms
- Licensing decisions for applicable individuals and companies
- Rules, regulatory notices, and license information
- Certified-trainer and training information published by the Board
- Official complaints, investigations, and disciplinary matters within its authority
Only the Board can provide an official interpretation of its requirements or decide an application. Training providers may provide applicable instruction but do not act for the Board.
Visit the official Board website, the official rules page, or Alabama Administrative Code Chapter 832-X-1.
